A Simple Look at a Not-So-Simple Life

Obama’s Speech

I had not yet been born when Martin Luther King, Jr. made his famous “I have a dream” speech. I cannot think of any speeches in my lifetime that I have perceived to be potentially life-changing, nation-changing speeches. Until today. If you did not hear Obama speack on race and unity, please search the web and find it. (If I was smart, I’d do it for you and provide the link. I haven’t looked for the video link yet, but the speech script can be found here.) Read it or listen to it in its entirety. You won’t be sorry.
